PERSONAL PROFILE TONY ROELOFSEN

Tony Roelofsen has been Bunbury’s Official No 1 Salesperson 2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007/08 (Source REIWA). Tony has been in real estate in the Bunbury area since late 1997. His sales in that time have been head and shoulders above all other operators in Bunbury (see achievement sheet).

Awards for 2005/06

In 2005/06 Tony sold over $52 million worth of property with 205 individual sales while working 41 weeks of the year ( a rate of 5 properties sold per week). This performance saw him finish second out of nearly 11,000 real estate agents at the REIWA 2005/06 annual ceremony as well as achieving the coveted GRAND MASTER SALESPERSON award for the year ended June 30th 2006. This award is the highest recognition of sales achievement an individual agent can receive in the real estate industry. During the 2005/06 financial year, Tony was the No 1 Salesperson in W.A. in the months of October 2005, January 2006 and May 2006.

Awards for 2006/07

Tony was awarded No1 Salesperson in W.A by REIWA in April 07 for both the house and Land/Project Marketing categories. In addition, South West Real Estate was awarded No1Real Estate Agent in W.A for Land/Project marketing listings sold for April 07.

In the 2006/07 financial year Tony again remarkably sold more than $51 million worth of property via 165 individual sales in 9 months of South West Real Estate operations. This again saw Tony achieve GRAND MASTER status. Tony was the No1 Salesperson in WA in April 2007, June 2007 and July 2007 (Assisted).

Awards for 2007/08

Tony again achieved the No. 2 Salesperson in W.A. status for 2007/08, as well as being awarded a Grand Master Salesperson for the third year running. South West Real Estate has also been awarded the coveted REIWA Award for Excellence for customer service.

Awards for 2008/09

Following yet another successful and stunning year, Tony has for the fourth year running been awarded the highest level of sales recognition achievable in the REIWA awards, the Grand Master Salesperson award.

Tony has a passion for real estate and is dedicated to his clients. Previously he was a teacher and administrator with the Education Department of WA for 10 years. Since going into real estate Tony has won countless awards with the keys to his success being his high profile advertising campaigns and the rapport and personal touch he demonstrates with all of his clients.
